Pedagogy



Considering that pedagogy is the science of education, the same occurs in all spaces, because it is the result of socialization. The pedagogue is the competent professional to develop a praxis committed to social transformation, which does not collaborate to perpetuate the distance between the knowledge of experience and systematized knowledge, but which values those knowledge that are distinct but complementary.

The performance of the pedagogue is a task in the least difficult, considering the most varied paradigms that surround the theme.
The pedagogue is a multifaceted professional, capable of acting in various sectors in contemporary society.

The pedagogue acts in the educational field with human beings, agents of transformation and having in their hands the knowledge, considered the most valuable instrument of change in this society.
Based on the ideology of a humanizing education, the partner pedagogue acts primarily in the inclusion of vulnerable or marginalized groups that are at the margin of society, contributing from the mutual respect to the subjectivity, to the socialization of these.
This work takes place in spaces of non-formal education such as: shelters, house of recovery for minors, in prisons.

The pedagogue needs to adapt his methodologies in a way that assists in the construction and respect of the subjectivity of the attended ones, as well as in the elevation of the self-esteem of the same ones, since these possibly have suffered the exclusion in the formal school by means of insults taxativos and still face by being imprisoned, or to be homeless, or for any other situation that escapes the social standard.
The new professional profile of the pedagogue is driven by continuous changes, which are revealed as challenges that require of this professional, a critical and reflective formation, and the persistence to overcome existing social paradigms and those that are to come, in order to conquer the spaces rights.
